• You will complete an 18-month trainee program through SIXT Digital Experience Software Development
• Participate in international company projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of Digital
• Attend trainings (soft and hard skills), meet leaders, and build a cross-functional network.
• Receive guidance via an individual development plan and a dedicated mentor.
• Program starts on 01.10.2026.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience: Internships or student jobs in Software Development preferred.
• Tools: Strong coding skills and willingness to learn new tools (agentic coding mentioned).
• Soft Skills: Able to understand/explain complex topics, highly numerate, precise work.
• Languages: Fluent in English (German or other languages a plus).
