📋 Description

• Onboard new Virtual Assistants; run daily Google Meet sessions on Wing policies.
• Lead tool bootcamps for Calendly, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom.
• Run client-readiness drills using Wing templates.
• Translate SOPs into step-by-step checklists; run simulations.
• QA calibration: score samples; align standards and defects.
• Verify VA setup and security: internet, power, 2FA, password manager.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in live training/facilitation, L&D, or training enablement.
• Experience assessing trainees; bridge instructional design with ops.
• Clear, confident communicator; English neutral accent and pacing.
• Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific or similar), Google Workspace, Zoom/Meet.
• Able to assess performance with rubrics and provide actionable feedback.
• Organized and reliable across time zones; thrives in fast iterations.
