• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in training or quality analyst in travel/tourism.
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) and airline policies.
• Experience designing engaging training modules and content.
• Skilled in data analysis and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Diploma in Tourism Management a plus.
