Trainer – Tools & Process

📋 Description

• Run live, simulation-based training cohorts for new and existing team members.
• Build proficiency in CRMs, PM tools, and communication apps.
• Deliver hands-on instruction mirroring real client workflows.
• Create curricula and step-by-step walkthroughs aligned with workflows.
• Track trainee progress and readiness for deployment.
• Partner with L&D, QA, and Operations to ensure readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in training, enablement, or operations (BPO/SaaS/VA preferred).
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, plus Slack/Zoom/Gmail.
• Excellent facilitation and communication with diverse learners.
• Experience designing and grading simulation-based assessments.
• Highly organized; can manage multiple training cohorts.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and LMS tools.
