Training and Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to tailor training programs.
• Develop self-paced learning materials (eLearning, videos, docs, campaigns).
• Analyze training engagement, attendance metrics, and feedback to identify improvements.
• Partner with CS, Implementation, Product, and Support to align enablement.
• Track and report training KPIs and content usage toward goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in training, instructional design, customer success, or enablement.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training for varied audiences.
• Strong presentation and communication; comfortable with large virtual audiences.
• Experience with virtual training platforms like Zoom Webinars.
• Proficient in MS Office; Articulate 360 and Camtasia/Loom.
• Familiarity with Salesforce; HR tech/enterprise SaaS background; Bachelor's preferred.
