Training and Enablement Specialist

📋 Description

• Design and deliver learning across Mitratech HR Solutions
• Drive product adoption, client engagement, and renewals
• Lead live 1:many webinars and partner sessions with CSMs
• Develop asynchronous content: Articulate eLearning, videos, articles
• Manage internal training requests; prioritize urgency and impact
• Analyze training data and iterate content improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in training, instructional design, or related roles
• Design and deliver training to diverse audiences
• Strong oral communication and large virtual presentations
• Experience with Zoom Webinars or similar platforms
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
• Data literacy; analyze training metrics and feedback
