Training Design Intern

📋 Description

• Content Development: Create e-learning modules, ILT resources, videos, job aids.
• Instructional Design: Analyze needs, design curricula aligned to objectives.
• Multimedia Production: Build graphics, animations, and videos.
• LMS: Upload and manage training content; ensure accessibility.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate programs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects with SMEs and trainers.

🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled in or completed Bachelor's or Master's in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• Portfolio of 3-5 artifacts.
• Proficiency in instructional design tools: Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, Claude Design.
• Experience with a corporate LMS such as Docebo.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
