Training & Document Control Manager

📋 Description

• Lead training across PC, Billing, Patient Experience, and Document Control.
• Own training initiatives using AI and data analytics.
• Build onboarding programs to boost performance.
• Foster continuous development with modern tech to drive goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading training programs, esp. inside sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficient with LMS, generative AI, Snowflake, Power BI, Articulate 360.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership; able to produce clear reports.
• Certifications in L&D, Lean Six Sigma, or healthcare compliance preferred.
• Healthcare billing or document control knowledge helpful.
