Training Lab Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with SMEs to translate lab requirements into hands-on learning
• Own full lifecycle of technical training labs—from design to retirement
• Keep lab environments current as products evolve and content updates
• Design and develop new labs and lab challenges to reinforce learning objectives
• Ensure lab quality across instructions, VMs, configurations, and environment specs
• Manage end-to-end provisioning and deprovisioning with clear procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 2+ years building, owning, maintaining lab environments
• 2-3+ years in technical support or systems administration
• Active Directory, Windows, IIS, SQL Server; AWS/Azure
• UNIX familiarity; Federated Identity; core networking
• Cybersecurity and Identity Security principles, IAM
