Training Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the planning, development, coordination, and execution of training programs supporting
• Conduct training needs assessments and identify capability, knowledge, and performance gaps
• Develop and maintain training plans, curricula, lesson materials, instructor guides, job aids, and
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and Government stakeholders to ensure training content is
• Develop and maintain training schedules, calendars, delivery plans, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate instructors, facilities, technology, materials, and other resources required to execute

🎯 Requirements

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI)
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; master’s degree desired
• Minimum 15 years of experience in human resources, information technology/telecommunications
• Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and executing training and development activities for
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and execute multiple internal projects, including responding
• Demonstrated ability to receive, process, track, coordinate, organize, and securely maintain large
