📋 Description

Observe/review training delivery and coach trainers/T-Specs
Supervise 6-10 trainers/Training Specialists
Train classes as needed
Ensure conformance to curriculum and client standards
Assess participant/class performance via KPIs
Prepare internal/external training reports

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or Communication preferred
5-6 years of training experience in a contact center, 3 as people manager
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong English communication skills
Strategic in developing solutions
Willingness to work shifting/graveyard schedule
