Training Manager, Manufacturing Operations

📋 Description

• Own site training ops: onboarding, OJT, cross-training across shifts
• Build and maintain qualification program incl. skills matrices and TWI
• Own LMS, training records, compliance tracking; audit-ready docs
• Lead writing for site: SOPs, work instructions, visuals with ENG EHS
• Manage document control so docs reflect current process
• Develop career progression and upskilling pathways

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in training, learning and development in manufacturing, incl. people management
• 8+ years total in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Bachelors in Education, Engineering, Business or a technical discipline
• Experience building qualification programs, skills matrices, and OJT
• Strong technical writing skills; experience with SOPs and document control
• Experience administering an LMS and maintaining audit-ready training records
