📋 Description

  • Run daily onboarding classes for Virtual Assistants on Wing policies and etiquette.
  • Lead live tool bootcamps: Calendly, Google Workspace, Zoom, Notion/Airtable.
  • Run client-readiness drills: tone, notes, tasks, follow-ups, escalations.
  • Translate SOPs into step-by-step checklists; run simulations.
  • QA calibration: score sample work and brief on defects.
  • Coach punctuality, handovers, calendar hygiene, and updates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in live training/facilitation, L&D, or training enablement.
  • Experience assessing trainees; bridge instructional design and ops gaps.
  • Clear, confident communicator; English neutral accent and strong pacing.
  • Skilled at group management and keeping sessions engaging.
  • Comfortable with LMS (Thinkific) and Google Workspace/Zoom.
  • Can assess performance with rubrics and give actionable feedback.
