📋 Description

• Deliver high-impact customer training via video, eLearning, VILT, and ILT
• Translate SME content into engaging, retention-focused learning
• Create content for video production/editing and web-based training
• Apply training to support measurable field service performance
• Collaborate with internal teams, dealers, and installers
• Travel 25–35% as needed to support initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• 2–4 years in window fashions/installation/training or media production
• 2+ years in in-person training delivery and facilitation
• Public speaking experience; bilingual English/Spanish desired
• Video production/editing expertise (scripting, shooting, post)
• Design/build web-based training/eLearning content with authoring tools
