Training Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps, define learning
• Design training from initial needs assessment through development, delivery, and evaluation. Write
• Develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning materials, including facilitator guides
• Apply adult learning principles by building on employees’ experience, using realistic workplace
• Facilitate interactive sessions for audiences with different roles, experience levels, and learning
• Use learning technology confidently, including learning management systems, e-learning authoring

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of corporate learning experience
• Experience designing and facilitating workplace training in both live and digital formats.
• Knowledge of and demonstrable ability to apply instructional design methods, adult learning
• Experience using a learning management system and e-learning authoring tools, with the ability to
• Strong presentation, writing, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex information and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and

• Compensation for the position includes an annual base salary of $72,000 to $82,000, commensurate
