Training Specialist, PX & Patient Coordinators

📋 Description

• Own delivery and improvement of training for patient teams.
• Facilitate live instructor-led sessions for new hires.
• Deliver remediation and coaching based on reviews.
• Design and maintain LMS content (modules, checks, job aids).
• Track training metrics and time-to-proficiency indicators.
• Collaborate with Ops, Quality, Document Control, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in training, L&D, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience training inside sales teams, patient coordinators, or similar roles.
• Facilitated live training for adult learners (virtual and in-person).
• Strong coaching with actionable feedback and behavior change.
• Hands-on LMS content development and management.
• Experience tracking training metrics and reporting for stakeholders.
