Training Specialist, PX & Patient Coordinators

📋 Description

• Facilitate live onboarding and remediation training for PX and Patient Coordinators
• Deliver training on systems, processes, call handling, and compliance
• Create scalable LMS content and engaging learning modules
• Adapt training to learner needs, pacing, and group dynamics
• Partner with Quality and Operations on process changes and updates
• Coach new hires and tenured agents to drive performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in training, L&D, or instructional design
• Experience training revenue-generating teams (inside sales)
• Proven 1:1 and small group coaching to drive performance
• Experience facilitating live trainings (in-person and virtual)
• Hands-on LMS content development (Workday or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication; data-driven reporting
