Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Lead training programs and coordinate with leadership to meet needs.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation, LMS admin, and lab training.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to employees.
• Assess and monitor daily workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Develop and maintain processes to enhance training needs.
• Compile key metrics and generate management reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Clinical Laboratory or Biotech; 1-2 years leading teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Software, or equivalent.
• ASQ or SQA certification preferred.
• CLIA/CAP/NYS regs; ISO 13485; FDA QSRs (21 CFR 820).
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong technical writing and communication; organized; multitask capable.
