Training Supervisor, Quality Assurance

📋 Description

• Work with leadership on training processes to meet needs.
• Provide training, guidance and support to employees.
• Assess and monitor daily workflow for timely completion.
• Develop and maintain training processes to enhance needs.
• Create and revise training procedures and curriculums.
• Compile training metrics and run management reports.
• Facilitate face-to-face training: orientation, LMS and lab training.
• Act as first point of contact on technical, procedural, and policy questions.
• Continually refine training curriculum based on customer feedback.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with PHI privacy and security training within 30 days of hire.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Clinical Laboratory or Biotech (preferred).
• 1-2 years leading small to mid teams.
• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• ASQ or SQA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of CLIA/CAP/NYS, ISO 13485, FDA QSRs.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
