📋 Description

• Administer Docebo LMS and Zendesk; optimize permissions/workflows
• Manage end-to-end enrollment and access for training courses
• Maintain training tenants in AWS and CloudShare
• Reset/decommission tenants after classes to save costs
• Knowledge Base stewardship: review content for accuracy
• Workflow support: assist training/support teams with troubleshooting

• Strong communication with technical and education teams
• Tech stack: Docebo LMS and Zendesk
