• Night Shift Training Technician role at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proven experience in training, mentoring, or instructional role.
• Experience developing and maintaining SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn complex processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with training methodologies and adult learning principles.
