Transaction Services - Data Analytics Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Provide data-driven insights for complex PE and corporate transactions.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and actionable recommendations.
• Guide due diligence, post-deal performance, and exit strategies.
• Translate data into clear insights for clients and internal teams.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Deliver impactful results across the deal lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in accounting, data science, analytics, stats, econ, or related.
• CPA and/or audit experience preferred but not required.
• 2+ years in financial due diligence and data analytics.
• 1+ year in QoE, net working capital, and cash flows.
• Data visualization: D3.js, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire.
• Willing to travel as required by client location.
