📋 Description

• Manage the transaction processing lifecycle from submission to closing, ensuring accuracy.
• Review contracts and documentation, enter data, verify details, and ensure completeness.
• Process transaction types including residential sales, commercial deals, and leases.
• Coordinate documentation flow between agents, offices, legal partners, and brokers.
• Request missing documents, monitor requirements, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Verify commissions, MLS information, deposits, invoices, and transaction records.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience processing real estate transactions.
• Strong understanding of Canadian real estate transaction processes and provincial requirements.
• Previous experience in real estate, legal conveyancing, brokerage operations, or related fields strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of documentation accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
