📋 Description

• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, product owners, and technology teams to
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional
• Support change initiatives covering the end-to-end investor lifecycle
• Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency, controls
• Develop target operating models and future-state processes across transfer agency and investor

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience within Transfer Agency, Fund Services, Investor Services, Custody
• Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations, including investor onboarding, fund dealing
• Proven Business Analyst experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis
• Experience delivering change and transformation initiatives across transfer agency platforms
• Strong knowledge of the fund services ecosystem and interaction between Transfer Agency, Fund
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
