Transfers of Assets Analyst

📋 Description

• Help client assets move onto the Altruist platform accurately and efficiently.
• Review incoming/outgoing transfer requests and submit transfers.
• Resolve exceptions and coordinate with internal teams and external firms.
• Monitor transfers to maintain timelines and service levels.
• Impact funding readiness of client accounts and trading.
• Collaborate in a team-focused, supportive environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of analyst experience in financial services.
• AML and risk mitigation knowledge.
• BA/BS in Finance or Business preferred, not required.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Resilience and creative problem solving.
• Bonus: ACATs/Non-ACATs experience.
• Bonus: Series 7 License.
