🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience including significant time shaping strategy, pricing or operating decisions
• Deep fluency in legal economics, including law firm leverage, practice-group and matter
• Track record of advising senior legal leaders through high-stakes decisions, with presence to hold
• Clear point of view on how AI will change the business of law, grounded in how the economics move.
• Evidence of building frameworks or methods that others adopted and kept using.
• Judgment to discuss efficiency in a way that builds support for change rather than fear about
