• A deep understanding of how lawyers develop: the apprenticeship model, how judgment forms, what
• A track record of changing how skilled, autonomous professionals work.
• Credibility with partners, firm and in-house leadership.
• Evidence that you have built programs and frameworks that others ran without you.
