🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, operating-model improvement
• Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programmes involving senior
• Strong track record in developing and executing transformation roadmaps, programme governance
• Excellent ability to develop and communicate compelling, evidence-based narratives that help
• Strong commercial judgment, with the ability to connect transformation initiatives to business
• Sufficient technology fluency to work effectively with product, engineering, data, and technology
