📋 Description

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initial diagnosis and mobilisation
• Create clear transformation roadmaps, including the case for change, target operating model
• Establish effective programme governance and delivery rhythms, enabling senior leaders to make
• Build commitment across client organisations through credible stakeholder engagement, practical
• Translate technical and operational issues into commercial implications for growth, customer
• Support post-deal value creation by helping portfolio-company leadership teams deliver

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading transformation, change management, operating-model improvement
• A strong track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional change programmes with senior
• Experience shaping and delivering transformation roadmaps, programme governance, organisation and
• The ability to communicate a compelling, evidence-based story that helps leaders understand why
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect transformation activity to business value
• Sufficient technology fluency to work credibly with product, engineering, data and technology
