🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB — McKinsey, BCG, Bain — or equivalent)
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills; deeply comfortable in Excel/Sheets
• A track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work, ideally in or adjacent to legal
• Outstanding written and verbal communication
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias to action
