🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB — McKinsey, BCG, Bain — or equivalent)
• Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills
• Experience with Excel/Sheets
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau) or SQL
• Track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology
• Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work
