📋 Description

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the software development
• Facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and stakeholder reviews
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational
• Create process flows, business models, wireframes, and documentation

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business. Academic background in Computer Science, Information
• 4 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with NIQ platforms, including Reference data, Input, Discover, and other retail
• Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Good exposure to using AI tools as well as designing solutions that are automated through the use
