Transformation Lead

📋 Description

• Work with executives to identify their highest-leverage problems and how Lovable can solve them
• Drive our most strategic customer opportunities and bring a transformation-led narrative to big
• Translate strategic objectives into concrete transformation roadmaps
• Drive initiatives from first prototype through adoption and scaled organizational impact
• Build alignment across stakeholders, from operators to the C-suite
• Define the business problem and desired outcome alongside Forward Deployed Engineering

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience selling and leading complex enterprise transformations or strategic customer
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Proven ownership of adoption and organizational change — not just recommendations
• Exceptional ability to move between C-suite strategy and operational detail
• Enough technical depth to work closely with engineers, understand what’s possible, and help scope
• Strong commercial judgment and understanding of how large organizations operate
