📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex transformation and change management projects from scoping through
• Develop change strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks tailored to client context and
• Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
• Build and coach client-side change agent networks to embed sustainable capability.
• Manage project workstreams, timelines, budgets, and quality deliverables to agreed standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a management-consulting or
• Experience delivering change management programmes in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, pension, payments, asset management).
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Econometrics, Organisational Psychology, Industrial
• Certification in change management (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, APMG Change Management) is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of change management frameworks and project/programme management methodologies (PRINCE2
