🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or related field
5+ years experience or 3+ years with MBA/MPH/MPP in healthcare strategy
Familiarity with AI as a business user beyond chatbots (Claude/Codex)
Master's degree strongly preferred
Advanced Excel with large datasets; INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, FILTER
Strong communication and project management skills
