Transformation Program Manager, Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash transformation program from strategy to adoption.
• Plan, redesign processes, implement, stabilize, and ensure adoption.
• Maintain governance, reporting, portfolio visibility, and delivery standards.
• Conduct current-state assessments, process mapping, and future-state design.
• Support ERP implementations and integrations (Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream).

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in transformation, program management, process engineering, or operational improvement.
• Proven O2C transformation program experience in large organizations.
• Expertise in process engineering, mapping, workflow redesign, and operational excellence.
• ERP/enterprise integration experience; Dynamics 365 and OneStream preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred; PMP is advantageous.
