Transit Associate

📋 Description

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing cargo movements across various transport modes
• Ensure accurate handling and maintenance of shipment documentation
• Support customs-related activities and transit documentation requirements
• Monitor transit shipments and help resolve operational issues and deviations
• Review freight and service invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Support insurance claims and transport-related administrative activities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, shipping or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of international transportation and shipping processes across sea, air, and road freight
• Experience working with customs documentation and customs formalities
• Strong administration and documentation management skills
• Experience collaborating with external logistics service providers and transport partners
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
