🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Background in education or social work preferred.
Deep knowledge of IDEA transition mandates.
Transition & coaching experience placing/coaching students.
Systemic mindset using community networks and transit routes.
Behavioral and performance knowledge of diverse student needs.
