📋 Description

• Supervise students in groups and individually; monitor behavior.
• Counsel students on personal, social, behavioral, or academic issues.
• Lead IEP transition meetings; use assistive tech for non-verbal students.
• Balance post-secondary goals with realistic paths.
• Evaluate student abilities and progress using tests and records.
• Develop work-based opportunities and community partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
• Background in education or social work preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA transition mandates.
• Transition coaching experience with students.
• Ability to leverage community networks and transit.
• Professional communication and decision-making.
