📋 Description

• Prepare students aged 14–22 for life after school.
• Bridge school-to-adult life with independence and networks.
• Implement outside-the-school-walls mindset for real-world readiness.
• Based in DeKalb, IL; 8:00am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri.
• Occasional responsibilities beyond work hours.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Background in education or social work preferred.
• Deep knowledge of IDEA transition mandates.
• Transition & coaching experience with students.
• Systemic mindset using community networks.
• Behavioral and performance knowledge (ASD/ADHD).
