📋 Description

• Supervise students in groups and individually; monitor behavior.
• Counsel students on personal, social, behavioral, or academic issues affecting progress.
• Ensure student-led IEP transition meetings; use assistive tech.
• Manage post-secondary planning with stepping-stone goals; safe testing strategies.
• Conduct IDEA-compliant transition assessments and track progress with digital tools.
• Develop community sites and partnerships; create work-based opportunities for students.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Background in education or social work preferred.
• Deep knowledge of IDEA transition mandates.
• Transition and coaching experience in jobs and college prep.
• Systems mindset using community networks and transit routes.
• Behavioral knowledge: ASD/ADHD; tailored student supports.
• Professional soft skills: clear written and verbal communication with families and teams.
