Transition Manager (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Planning and execution of project/transition activities, including ERP and other tools
• Responsibility for project Risk and Issues management, acting as first line of mitigation for issues
• Building detailed transition & implementation plan in cooperation with all parties who provide
• Transition project management in line with or above agreed project or service level objectives by
• Development/maintenance of effective commercial awareness of SSC processes and standards
• Stakeholders management – communication

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum BA degree required
• Minimum 24 months of experience in a similar position
• Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
• Good working knowledge of Project Management tools
• Experience with Project Management methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile PM and ITIL
• English (proficient written and spoken, min. C1)
