Transition Manager New Client Acquisition

📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire transition and onboarding process for newly won clients until successful
• Translating contractually agreed services into a clear project plan with milestones
• Coordinating involved internal departments, including Sales, Client Service, Operations, Data
• Managing project progress, quality, dependencies, and resources
• Regular and transparent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
• Early identification of risks, delays, and escalation needs, and implementing appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in transition management, client
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient use of common project management methods and tools
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Confident presence in direct client contact
