Manage workflow: plan, assign, direct work; maintain education requirements.
Ensure claims comply with policies and regulations across jurisdictions; monitor and intervene.
Ensure reserves and benefit payments are accurate and timely.
Lead team to achieve prompt claim closures, service levels, and cost containment.
Implement changes to laws and regulations affecting claims handling and communicate impact.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Credentialed/licensed to adjust workers' comp claims, CA included.
Read/interpret complex docs; write clear reports; present to executives.
Math ability: rate, ratio, percent; PV concepts.
Computer skills: MS Office; Salesforce; learn proprietary software.
