📋 Description

• Oversee medical claims training completion and on-the-job application.
• Manage transition to indemnity training and team placement timing.
• Direct unit workflow; ensure ongoing education requirements are met.
• Ensure claims comply with policies and regulations across jurisdictions.
• Ensure claim reserves and benefit payments are accurate and timely.
• Lead team to achieve compassionate care, strong service levels, and cost containment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Credentialed/licensed to adjust workers' comp claims in CA and other jurisdictions.
• Strong reading/writing for complex docs; able to present to executives and clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce; able to learn proprietary software.
• Math and reasoning abilities for financial data and problem solving.
