Transitions Director

📋 Description

• Senior, client-facing role in Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) with DB pensions knowledge
• Own complex implementation activity and oversee end-to-end delivery for large PRT transactions
• Lead on client servicing content in pitches and final presentations
• Collaborate with Trustees, Sponsors, Advisers and internal stakeholders
• Hybrid working pattern: work from home and office to support work-life balance

🎯 Requirements

• Pensions qualification (e.g., PMI) or equivalent practical experience; Project Management
• Strong experience administering, transitioning or onboarding Defined Benefit schemes
• In-depth knowledge of Pension Risk Transfer, including buy-ins/buy-outs
• Solid understanding of DB pension regulations, wind-up requirements and impacts
• Experience presenting to Trustees, Advisers and senior external stakeholders
• Excellent project management, organisational and prioritisation skills
