📋 Description

• Own and develop strategic relationships across Discovery and Genomic Medicine accounts.
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities and increasing revenue.
• Develop and execute account plans with internal teams; align needs with solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations and tenders.
• Build knowledge of customer workflows, market trends, and industry challenges.
• Collaborate with technical specialists to design solutions meeting expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years in account management, sales, product management, or biz dev in biotech or life sciences.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
• Strong understanding of life sciences customers, workflows, and translational research.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into meaningful business value.
• Strong stakeholder management; able to influence executives.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams and locations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building.
