Transload Transportation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support the Transload Final Mile team and customers with day-to-day transportation coordination and
• Coordinate transload, drayage, container, and full-truckload movements from dispatch through final
• Monitor container and FTL activity to ensure shipments remain on schedule.
• Coordinate with warehouses to monitor transload details and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Dispatch containers and provide release information to carriers within required timelines.
• Schedule delivery appointments while accommodating customer deadlines and operational requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous experience coordinating or dispatching drayage and full-truckload movements.
• Demonstrated experience with ocean container transload activities.
• Experience working in a CFS warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with international freight, in-bond activities, drayage, freight forwarding, or customs
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
