Transmission Line Access Road Inspector

📋 Description

• Provide construction inspection and QA oversight for transmission line access roads.
• Act as owner's representative; verify contractor compliance with plans and specs.
• Perform daily inspections of access road construction and rehab work.
• Document observations and maintain project records.
• Work independently in remote locations with contractors and stakeholders.
• Frequent travel to project sites is required.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in construction inspection or heavy civil construction.
• Experience inspecting roadway, earthwork, grading, or utility projects.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specs, contract documents, and survey information.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured on company’s car.
• Travel to project areas east of the Seattle metropolitan area is required.
