Transmission Line Design Engineer (PLS-CADD)

📋 Description

• Develop overhead transmission line designs using PLS-CADD
• Line routing, profile drawing prep
• Conduct sag-tension calculations and optimize clearances
• Analyze line geometry with terrain, env and regulatory constraints
• Generate staking reports, material quantities, design docs
• Coordinate with tower, foundation, survey, geotech teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-15 years in overhead transmission line engineering
• Hands-on PLS-CADD experience for line design
• Projects from 69 kV to 500 kV (or similar)
• Strong transmission line engineering principles
• Analytical, problem-solving skills in English
